Muchinga Province Permanent Secretary Dr. Tuesday Bwalya has applauded civil servants in Chinsali and Shiwang’andu districts for their dedicated service, stressing that no job is insignificant in driving the development agenda of the New Dawn Government.

Speaking during separate interactive meetings with civil servants in the two districts today, the Permanent Secretary conveyed deep gratitude for the workforce’s commitment to serving the people with distinction.

“I wish to sincerely appreciate your contribution towards the achievements of the New Dawn Government. Every role, regardless of rank or station, contributes to the development we are witnessing. No job is insignificant,” the PS stated.

Dr. Bwalya emphasized that as representatives of the Republican President Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, civil servants must maintain exemplary conduct at all times. He urged them to fully align themselves with the government’s clear vision, which everyone is expected to follow and implement diligently.

The PS made a strong call for prudence in resource management. “Use government resources wisely and for the intended purposes. We must be accountable stewards of public assets,” he said, underscoring the New Dawn Government’s zero-tolerance stance on misuse of funds.
