The SMART Zambia Institute and Zesco Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand national digital infrastructure across schools, health facilities, and police stations.
This collaboration aims to modernize public service delivery through enhanced technology and bridge critical gaps in access to essential services for citizens.

The National Coordinator for SMART Zambia Mr.Percy Chinyama and the Managing Director for ZESCO Limited Eng. Justin Loongo signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.
